Refund and Cancellation Policy
Consultations & Services:
We aim to provide you with the best service, but if you are dissatisfied with any of the consultations, please contact us within 24 hours. Refunds are not available for consultations after they are completed.
Sound Vibrational Therapy:
Once the therapy session is booked, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for the therapy are not provided after the session has begun.
Requesting Pooja:
For Pooja bookings, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we can reschedule the Pooja. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
